Welcome to Dose & Glow. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dose & Glow – Dose & Glow and any products purchased through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Product Descriptions

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, including ingredients, images, and expected results. However:

  • Colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown due to photography, screen display, or supplier batch differences.
  • Individual results from skincare products vary from person to person. Statements about product benefits describe intended use and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
  • We recommend performing a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin conditions, consult a dermatologist before use.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
  • Additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the Site
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

5. Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at Supportdoseglow@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment processors and shipping carriers) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dose & Glow and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dose & Glow from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties before any formal proceeding.

Additional Conditions
  • Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dose & Glow regarding use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, customs holds, carrier disruptions, or acts of God.
  • International use: We make no representation that the Site or products are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Site from outside Canada or the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  • Language: Ces conditions sont disponibles en français sur demande. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the version required by applicable law shall prevail.
  • Products: Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the FDA, or any equivalent regulatory body unless explicitly stated otherwise.
