Shipping Times, International Orders & Delays

We ship to customers across North America and internationally. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, and international shipments may take longer to arrive due to distance, customs processing, or local carrier handling.

Customers outside of Canada and the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country upon arrival. These fees are not included in your order total and are not refundable by us if a package is refused or delayed at customs.

Delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we're happy to help track your order — contact Supportdoseglow@gmail.com. Refunds for eligible returns are issued in the original currency and payment method used at checkout; your bank or card provider's exchange rate at the time of refund may differ slightly from the rate at purchase.
